I have worked with these wonderful clients on several projects over the years, mostly on alterations and additions to old houses. This time they decided to go contemporary. The site was restrictive so spatial planning was key to fit everything they needed into the house. We chose to sink the garage into the ground so the upper storey could go as high as allowed to get the best views.
